RC325.5
| You don’t need a stable of bikes with the 325.5. This do-it-all hardtail combines Bike Park durability with XC race speed. Razor sharp handling with confidence inspiring geometry. An Anti-Chainsuck system for when you’re running a triple chainset and I.S.C.G Mounts for chainguide or Hammerschmidt© setups. And with its unique Slideout System choose Single-Speed or gears. With its proven lightweight tubeset curved, tapered and butted for the perfect blend of toughness and comfort the 325.5 is equally at home in the Trail Centre or for those long epic weekends. The Pace RC325.5- the only bike you need. The 325.5 is evolved from the highly successful RC305 (and the Rc303 before that) and takes its winning formula from these proven designs. Given that the standard mid-travel trail fork is now 140mm the Rc325.5 is designed around this fork travel length however will accomodate up to a 150mm travel fork (fork travel less than 130mm not recommended for this bike). Effectively the BB height remains low whilst the headtube is lifted and relaxed to increase the front centre, again contributing to the improved stability, particularly downhill and on faster trails.

Lefthand detail picture clearly shows our unique Slideout system. Again evolved from proven Pace designs (Pace were the first company to have fully detachable dropouts) the Slideout is super neat, clean and functional. The Slideout has a full 13mm of fore and aft movement allowing you to change wheelbase (short for rides/races with lots of climbing or long for faster flowing trail centre type rides) or tension chain if running as a singlespeed. Note the forward facing screw neatly recessed into the front of the Slideout used for adjustment, and also the fact that the disc-mount features a Post Mount ready design so no need for bodged conversion mounts (mount is ready for 160mm diameter disc). Also note the slot visible on the face of the Slideout Mounting (the frame)- through which a dot can been seen machined on the Slideout face. This is the Slideout position indicator showing how far back axle is pulled so both sides can be aligned quickly and efficiently.
If you enlarge the middle pic check out the rear seatstays and note the gentle radius curve as the stays bend up to meet the seat tube. This combined with the stays butting and diameter provide a degree of vertical flex which noticably improves the comfort, grip and ride quality of the 325.5.
Righthand picture shows the ISCG tabs and Anti-Chainsuck system which comes as standard. Again Pace were the first company to fit such a system and has been proven over the past 15 years. The Acetol ‘block’ you can see closely runs against inside face of chainrings and prevents the chain from sucking up between ring and stay- saving the chainstay from damage and the hassle of extricating a jammed and twisted drivechain.

Technical
RC325.5 Slideout is designed to accept a 160mm disc as standard- so your caliper will bolt directly to Slideout. If you wish to run a 183mm disc then an adapter will need to be fitted and in the case of the Hope 183mm adapter please use the ‘H’ version and ensure H mark is facing out.
- Touch up paint now available in both colours priced @ £5.95
Warranty
